1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DXYRA CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Deeporion Technology Private Limited ("Deeporion", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
DXYRA is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage contacts, leads, deals, tasks, and customer communications — including WhatsApp Business messaging via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API.
3. Account Registration
- You will provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service
- Only one account may be registered per business entity
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at legal@dxyra.com
4. WhatsApp Business Usage
When using WhatsApp messaging features you must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Platform Terms. You may only message users who have opted in, and must not send spam or use WhatsApp for illegal purposes. Violations may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You may NOT use DXYRA to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harvest data from other users without consent
- Impersonate any person or organization
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of DXYRA is subject to our Privacy Policy. You own all business data you create within DXYRA. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service.
7. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
8. Intellectual Property
- DXYRA platform: All software, design, and trademarks are owned by Deeporion Technology Private Limited
- Your data: All business data and content you enter into DXYRA remains your property
- License grant: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the service
9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deeporion Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from account settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
- After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted from our systems
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We will notify users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of DXYRA after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
