This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services, including our WhatsApp Business API integration.
By using DXYRA, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name provided during registration.
- Business data: Contacts, leads, deals, and tasks you create within the CRM.
- WhatsApp data: Messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business number, message delivery status, and read receipts.
- Usage data: How you use the platform, features accessed, and timestamps of actions.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the DXYRA CRM platform
- Send WhatsApp messages on your behalf using your connected WhatsApp Business number
- Process and store your business contacts and communications
- Provide customer support and improve our services
- Send service notifications and product updates
4. WhatsApp Data Usage
We integrate with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. When you connect your WhatsApp Business number to DXYRA:
- Messages are sent and received via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API
- Message content is stored in our systems to provide conversation history within the CRM
- We do not use your WhatsApp messages for advertising purposes
- Message data is retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion
- We comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Platform Terms at all times
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Meta (WhatsApp) — to send and receive messages via WhatsApp Business API
- AWS — for secure cloud data storage and email delivery
- Payment processors — for billing purposes only
We require all third-party service providers to maintain confidentiality and use data only for specified purposes.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- WhatsApp messages: 12 months from the date of the message
- Billing records: 7 years as required by applicable law
- Deleted data: Permanently removed within 30 days of a deletion request

8. Data Security
We use AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials, HTTPS/TLS for all data transmission, and industry-standard security practices including access controls and regular security reviews. All data is stored on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) region servers.
10. Children's Privacy
DXYRA is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact us at privacy@dxyra.com to report any such data.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will notify users of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of DXYRA after changes constitute acceptance.
